Each item is crafted with care and undergoes a strict quality check before shipping.

Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email or contact page].

To process a refund or replacement (if approved), we may request the following:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number and a description of the issue

If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
