Refund Policy

At Touchy Apparel, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Each item is carefully prepared and inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

2. Resolutions

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit (where applicable)

3. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is issued, please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong or faulty item).
